Download Chorus
Version 0.1.0 for macOS on Apple silicon · 131 MB
Needs macOS 12 or later, Ableton Live 12, Logic Pro 12 or FL Studio 2025+, and an Anthropic API key.
With Ableton Live
- Step 1
Install Chorus
Open the download and drag Chorus into Applications.
- Step 2
Add the control surface
Open Chorus, choose Ableton Live, then Settings ⌘, → DAW → Install. It copies a small script into Live's User Library.
- Step 3
Turn it on in Live
Restart Live, then Settings → Link, Tempo & MIDI → Control Surface → Chorus. Chorus shows Live as connected.
- Step 4
Add your key
Paste an Anthropic API key in Settings → Agent & Models and set your spend caps.
With Logic Pro
- Step 1
Install Chorus
Open the download and drag Chorus into Applications.
- Step 2
Choose Logic Pro
Open Chorus and pick Logic Pro, then open the project you want to work on.
- Step 3
Allow Chorus Connect
Logic has no plug-in interface for this, so Chorus works through macOS Accessibility. Turn on Chorus Connect in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Chorus shows Logic as connected.
- Step 4
Add your key
Paste an Anthropic API key in Settings → Agent & Models and set your spend caps.
With FL Studio (beta)
- Step 1
Install Chorus and its FL scripts
Drag Chorus into Applications, open it, choose FL Studio, then Settings ⌘, → DAW → Install with FL closed. Chorus also turns its script on in FL's MIDI Settings.
- Step 2
Allow Chorus Connect
Turn on Chorus Connect in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. It presses FL's Run last script for you and owns the Chorus MIDI port.
- Step 3
One pick per FL session
The first time you apply a change after opening FL, Chorus opens the piano roll and asks you to choose Tools → Scripting → Chorus there. The change goes through as soon as you do.
- Step 4
Add your key
Paste an Anthropic API key in Settings → Agent & Models and set your spend caps.
